Because when you're away, they deserve the best too.
In our home, with no cages
Your furry friend doesn't end up in a warehouse full of kennels: they stay in our own home, in a free-roaming, safe and homely atmosphere, with a patio to play and soak up the sun (and in summer, a mini splash pool with little water jets).
One family at a time
At our boarding we don't take in pets from other families at the same time. If you have several animals, they come together, but we don't mix them with those of other families. That way we're 100% there for them and there's no group stress.
Their routine, here too
We respect their meal, walk and rest schedules, and we follow your instructions (medication, wound care, food). We send you photos and videos so you can see how they're doing.
Before the first time
When you send us your request, we message you on WhatsApp to learn about their habits and answer any questions. You don't need to meet us beforehand, but if you'd like to see our home before the first stay, we'd be delighted!
What to bring
- Their vaccination/vet card (cartilla veterinaria)
- Their food, so we don't change their diet
Requirements
We don't ask for any special requirements because we never mix families. We also accept females in heat.
Payment and cancellation
- Payment by Bizum or in cash.
- To confirm the booking we ask for a 40% deposit on the service.
- If you need to cancel, let us know at least 3 days in advance of the start.
Pick-up and drop-off
If it suits you better, we'll come to collect them and bring them back to your home (for an extra charge).
Book in advance
Spaces are limited, especially in summer and at Christmas. The sooner you write to us, the better.
